Shipping Policy - Fragsplit

At Fragsplit, we are committed to providing you with a seamless and secure shopping experience. Here are the details of our shipping policy:

Processing time

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. All orders are subject to product availability.

Shipping to Switzerland

Free standard delivery:
We offer free standard delivery for all orders over CHF 50.
Free shipping is delivered via standard mail (no signature required). Customers can always select registered delivery for added security.

Flat rate delivery charges:
For orders under CHF 50, a flat-rate delivery charge of CHF 3.90 applies for a simple national delivery.
You can choose registered delivery for CHF 6.90. The goods will be delivered to you the next day upon signature.

Loss or theft of packages:

Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. For your peace of mind, we recommend choosing the "signature required delivery" option when ordering.

Damage caused by the post office:

Fragsplit cannot be held responsible for any damage caused during transport by the postal service. Although we take every possible precaution when packaging orders, incidents can occur during delivery. If you notice any visible damage to the package upon receipt, we advise you to report it immediately to the postal worker. We still encourage you to contact us to report the problem. In the event of any damage, please provide us with photos of the envelope or box before opening it.

Usually, when damage is caused by the post office, the recipient is informed by means of a sticker on the envelope/parcel.

Change of delivery address:

If you wish to change your delivery address after placing your order, please notify us immediately by email at info@fragsplit.ch or via WhatsApp. This will allow us to send your order to the new address.

Undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages:

If an order is returned to our shipper due to an incorrect address or failure to claim, additional shipping charges will be applied to resend the order to the new address. This applies even if the original delivery was free.
A return fee of CHF 3.90 will be applied.

Cancellations and Returns

Cancelled orders are fully refunded only if cancelled prior to shipment.
In the case of an exceptional return, the customer is responsible for the delivery and handling costs for the returned items. ( Refer to the return policy )

International delivery

At the moment, Fragsplit.ch only delivers to Switzerland.
