Return Policy - Fragsplit.ch

At Fragsplit.ch, we pride ourselves on giving you the opportunity to test our fragrances before investing in a full bottle. That's why we offer small-format samples. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. The purpose of purchasing samples is to allow you to test the fragrance and make an informed decision before making any additional purchases.


Eligibility for returns:

  • Products eligible for return: Unfortunately, no products are eligible for return or exchange.
  • In the exceptional case of a return, no bottle will need to be primed* . In the event that a returned bottle is primed* , no refund will be issued - the customer will be able to collect the bottle.


Exceptional return process:

  • Initiating a Request: As stated, returns are not accepted due to the nature of our products. However, if you have a question or issue with your order, please contact us at info@fragsplit.ch to resolve the situation as best we can.


Customer Responsibilities:

  • Notification of Problems: If you have any problems with your order (e.g., incorrect or damaged item), please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will do our best to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
  • Proper packaging for returns: In the event of a return exception, the return will be the customer's responsibility. Products must be returned without the atomizer having been primed*, and in a secure manner to avoid any damage to the contents during transport. Fragsplit.ch cannot be held responsible for items damaged during return if the packaging is not sufficient to guarantee the protection of the products.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are not possible. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we encourage you to contact us to discuss your preferences and needs. We will be happy to help you find a fragrance that better meets your expectations for a future order.


Important notes:

  • Product Type: All products sold on Fragsplit.ch are small samples intended for testing fragrances before a larger purchase. Therefore, no returns or exchanges are possible.

* Primed : The first few presses (1 or 2) on the atomizer are used to expel only air; this is a normal step for a new bottle. If perfume is released from the very first press, this indicates that the product has already been used. To ensure the integrity of the product, only unprimed decanters are eligible for a possible refund.
